I buy the microwave baby potatoes at either Walmart or Target. Some Walmart stores also sell pre-washed halved brussels sprouts in the produce section, which is an awesome time saver. You could also go with frozen steam-in-bag brussels sprouts to save even more time. If you go that route, you can cook this entire meal in the microwave.
