Easy Chicken Sausage and Feta Bowl

I’m a big believer in having 5 to 10 healthy recipes you love, using affordable ingredients, that you can rotate through for dinner. This 5-ingredient chicken sausage is definitely one of my staples. It’s delicious, fast and super easy to make.

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • Brussels sprouts
  • Olive oil
  • Chicken sausage
  • Microwave baby potatoes
  • Crumbled feta cheese

I buy the microwave baby potatoes at either Walmart or Target. Some Walmart stores also sell pre-washed halved brussels sprouts in the produce section, which is an awesome time saver. You could also go with frozen steam-in-bag brussels sprouts to save even more time. If you go that route, you can cook this entire meal in the microwave.
